Collection: All orders are to be collected from 33 Monree Hill, Donaghcloney, BT667GY. On completion of the order you will get an email notification to say the order is completed. You should then arrange a collection time by emailing lurgan@nettl.com and quoting your order reference number.
RETURNS: As your Beanie Hat is ‘made to order’ they are not eligible for return and CAN NOT be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.
